蒲黄对猪动脉内皮细胞产生PGI2和tPA的影响

【摘要】 将中药蒲黄用化学方法提取出四种组份,观察其对培养的猪主动脉内皮细胞产生PGI2、tPA以及血小板聚集的影响,结果表明含黄酮类的蒲黄组份F.Ⅳ有强烈的刺激内皮细胞产生PGI2和tPA活性作用,同时还可抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集。

【Abstract】 Pollen Typhae, a Chinese herbal drug, has been shown to have antithrom- botic and antiatherogenetic effects. We reported here the action of four fractions (F. Ⅱ—V) extraced from Pollen Typhae on the productions of tPA and PGI, by cultured porcine endothelial cells, and on platelet aggregation, using fibrin-autography and 125I release for tPA activity, and RIA for PGI2 assay. The results showed that among the drug fractions F. Ⅳ could remarkably enhance tPA and PGI2 production, as well as inhibit platelet aggregation. F. Ⅳ consists mainly of flavonoids, whose effects on antithrombosis and fibrinolysis need further study.
