双转子离心机的动平衡测试研究

【摘要】 双转子离心机工作时,内、外转子以不同的转速同时旋转. 它们各自存在的不平衡旋转矢量形成拍振现象.目前国内、外对双转子离心机的整机动平衡方法尚为少见.

【Abstract】 As the double-rotor centrifuge works its two rotors (internal and external) are rotating under different speeds.Their unbalancing rotary vectors form a resultant rotary vector that produces a beating vibration.The conventional dynamic balancing methods are not fit for this kind of double-rotor centrifuger.This paper describes the beating phenomena of the WL-200 horizontal-screw type double-rotor centrifuge and proposes a beat-relieving method on the basis of correlation analysis.It also presents on the spot a dynamic balancing process applying the above-’ mentioned method with a FT-lB type Fouriare Analyser developed by our university.
