【Abstract】 This paper introduces the essential properties of belt grinding and the content of grinding sheet alloy with coated abrasive belt, and inquires into the grinding mechanism as well as analysis and choice of technical factors. Applying the orthogonal test author finds both the effects on life-span of belt and on the machin-ing quality for several technical factors, and obtains also the better technologica process.
