大系统优化理论在水电站厂内经济运行中的应用
The Economic Operation of a Hydropower Plant by the Optimal Theory for Large Scale System
【摘要】 根据水电站厂内经济运行的特点,本文建立了该问题的非线性混合整数规划数学模型。在模型中引入了罚因子的概合,用来计及除水量损耗以外其它因素的影响。在对模型求解时采用了大系统优化理论中Geoffrion分解原理,将原问题分解为主、子两个问题,并对Geoffrion分解原逐的可用性给予了数学证明;分解后的主问题为0-1规划问题,子问题为时空可解耦的可分非线性规划。进而又将子问题分解为一系列子子问题——水电站机组空间负荷最优分配问题。对子子问题的求解采用可变容差法,这样可以使机组的出力、水头、流量关系不必解析表达,因此使计算结果精度提高。最后通过实例计算验证算法的可行性。
【Abstract】 In this parer, a mathematical model on the basis of the characteristics of the economic operation in a hydropower plant has been built up mathematically. This model is a nonlinear, mixed-integer programming. Penalty factor is introduced to the model to estimate other factors that may produce influence on operation besides water loss. The method uses the decomposition principle of Geoffrion to partition original problem into the master problem and subproblem, and the suitability of this method to the model is proved. .The master problem that is obtained from the partitioning is a 0-1 integer programming, and the subproblem is a separable nonlinear programming in time and space. We further separa te the subproblem into sub-subproblems that describe the optimal allocating load among the units at every interval. The Flexible Tolerance method is used to solve sub-subproblems, it is not necessary that the relationship among power, head and flow of a unit be expressed in analytical function, so the accuracy of results is improved. At last a practical example has been given to certify the feasibility of these methods.
