催化极谱法测定人体全血微量钼
DETERMINATION OF TRACER MO IN ADULT WHOLE BLOOD WITH POLA ROG RAPHIC ON CATALYSIS
【摘要】 本文提出在 H2SO4-KMnO4作用下,血 M0呈 M06+,作用于 C6H5CHOH-COOH(苦杏仁酸)-KCIO3体系,产生催化极谱波,E1′2-0.50V(VS·SCE)。该法测定范围0.07μg/ml—0.32μg/ml,检测下限0.07μg/ml。实测血样微量M0,标准偏差0.17—0.26,变动系数1.9—2.8%,回收率101%—105.5%。
【Abstract】 This artical suggest away:by the action of H2 SO4 KMnO4 elememt Mo of blood exist in MoB6+form,when reaction with C6H5CHOH —COOH—KClO3,Can produce a Catalytical polargraphic wave,half wave potential E1/2=-0.50V(Vs,SCE),this method determination region is 0.07μg/ml—0.32μg/ml,detection limit 0.07μg/ml,practise determination traces Mo of blood,standard deviation is 0.17-0.26 coefficent of variation is 1.9—2.8%,ratio of restoring 101%—105.5%.
