【Abstract】 Having prepared α-mercapto-β-(2-furan)-acrylic acid in the laboratory, this work makes a study on effect of α-mercapto-β-(2-furan)-acrylic acid on combination of Human Serum Albumin with Zine, Nickel respectively by gel chromatography. The results showed that the combination of Nickel with Human Serum Albumin, likes Zine, is remarkably strengthened under existence of α-mercapto-β-(2-furan)- acrylic acid, which indicates that mechanism of detoxication of Nickel can not be explained oniy by competition among them small ligands.更多还原
