【摘要】 对感染约氏鼠疟原虫配子体的小鼠分别一次灌服MP0090 5mg/kg和10mg/kg,2小时后供斯氏按蚊血餐。于第7、9、11天分别解剖蚊胃;透射电镜观察。可见经两组药物作用的卵囊发育受抑制,其内胞质粗糙并出现许多空泡,正常结构几乎消失。在某些卵囊内,即使成孢子细胞已形成,但子孢子也呈现明显的空泡状。结果表明:MP0090具有间接阻断孢子增殖的作用,且浓度不同作用效果亦不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is reported in this paper that the mice infected with P.y.y. game- tocytes were administe red for a dose of MP0090 5mg and 10mg/kg respe- ctively, 2 hours later, they were blood-mealed by Anopheles stephensi. We dissected the mosquito’s midguts on the 7th, 9th and 11th day, and observed them under TME. It was seen that the number of oocysts affected by the two doses decreased evidently. The growth of oocysts was rest- rained. As a result, there were numerous vacuoles in the oocyst, and the normal structure almost disappeared. The sporozoites also presented vacuoles markedly. The results showed that the drug MP0090 can inhibit sporogony indirectly, and the inhibition can become stronger with the increase of the concentration of the drug.更多还原
