【摘要】 本文报道了3例AIDS的Kaposi′s肉瘤(KS),并讨论了出现在AIDS的KS的组织学特点及与非AIDS的KS的不同。AIDS的KS的组织学的主要特点为:胶原纤维分离,锯齿状内皮细胞增生,淋巴管样腔隙,血管瘤样病变,梭形细胞增生。在高危人群中皮肤活检明确KS的诊断对早期发现AIDS具有重要的临床意义。对有怀疑的病例检测HTLV-Ⅲ抗体是必要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The histologic picture of Kaposi’s sarcoma in AIDS differsfrom that of KS not associated with AIDS or classical KS as describedin textbooks.Three cases are presented,the main histological pointsare:separated collagen fibers;proliferation of jagged irregular endothe-lial lined spaces;lymphatic vessel-like spaces;angiomatoid lesions;spindle cell proliferation.KS esteblished by skin biopsy can often be a clue leading to iden-tifying AIDS caces.It is important,therefore,to examine the suspeciouscases for HTLV-Ⅲ antibody.All the case reported showed positiveresult.更多还原
