刺梨的核型分析
ANALYSES ON KARYOTYPES OF CILI
【摘要】 通过对蔷薇属刺梨(Rosa foxburghii Tratt.f.normaIis Rehd.et wils)的核型研究,发现所有材料的染色体数都是2n=14,为二倍体。没有非整倍体和多倍体。核型公式为2n=2x=14=12m+2sm,是比较对称和原始的“2A”核型。根据核型分析、形态学特征和地理分布,作者认为贵州省是刺梨的起源中心。
【Abstract】 The authors have studied the karyotype of Cili(Rosa roxbughii Tratt. f.normalis Rehd. et wils). All these materials are found to be diploid with 2n=14, are no aneuploid and polyploid. The karyotype formula is as follow : 2n=2x=14=12m+2sm, is more symmetrical and primitive "2A" karyotype. Base on analyses of the karyotype, morphological characters and geographical distribution, the authors suggest that Guizhou Provinc es might be the original center of Roxburgh Rose. The paper is repoted for the first time.
