【摘要】 本文在专业技术职务聘任中,对科技人员的考评进行了定量化研究,给出了定性定量相结合的考评指标体系;分析对比了三种考评数学模型,并确定了用模糊线性变换方法计算评议项,用加权累积法计算定量项,二者之和为被考评者的测评总分的数学模型;介绍了在IBM-PC/XT 机上,用 dBASEⅡ编制的计算机软件的结构和特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper presented a quantitative investigation to technical staff’s assessment in professional technical post engagement,and gave a assess- ing norm system combined both the qualitative and quantitative mathod together.Three maths models are analized comparatively,and finaly de- termined the model that choosing the method of accumulating with weight on the quantitative item while using the method of linal fuzzy alternata- tion on the assessing item,and the sum of the two is as the assessed person’s total value.Finaly,the character and the constraction of Micro- computer’s soft ware made in dBASE is introduced.更多还原
