函数跟踪法在数控曲轴车床中的应用

【摘要】 本文介绍的C630车床微机控制系统以Z80-CPU为核心元件,以芯片PIO、CTC、8279为配件,采用函数跟踪插补法,用于曲轴加工.生产实践证明,该系统抗干扰能力强,可靠性、稳定性高,加工效率比手工操作提高1.5倍以上,加工精度和光洁度均能满足曲轴技术条件要求.该系统装置可在中、小型曲轴制造厂推广使用.

【Abstract】 This paper describes a microcomputer numerical control sys-tem which is composed of Z-80 CPU as basic elements,and peripheral chips PIO,CTC and 8279.This system is used to control lathe C630 for machining crankshaft.Through the test operation for more than two years, it is shown that the system has a high resistance to interference with high reliability and stability.The working accuracy and smooth finish of the lathe can fulfill the technical requirements. Its working efficiency is 1.5 times more than the manual operating ones.
