加速氮化过程的预活化处理

【摘要】 氧化、磷化都可有效消除氮化件钝化膜和加速氮化过程,特别是对难以氮化的不锈钢和耐热钢,其效果尤为显著.钢件经活化后能保持较长时间而不生成钝化膜,仍可顺利进行氮化,且残留活化剂不腐蚀炉罐,所以这种活化工艺具有较大的实用价值.

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the ways to remove the passive film of nitriding parts for increasing the nitriding speed. It has been shown that different methods of activating treatment, including oxidizing and phos-phating, may all effectively remove the passive film and accelerate the nitriding process. The effect Was more remarkable for stainless and heat resistant steels, which are hard to be nitrided. In addition, parts may be held for much longer time after activating treatment without passive film reformed, hence nitriding may still be conducted successfully; and the ni-triding muffle may not be attacked by residual activating agent. Therefore, the present activating processes are of more significance in practice.
