Fe-Cr合金在含硫水溶液中的腐蚀行为研究
CORROSION BEHAVIOR OF Fe-Cr ALLOY IN SOLUTION CONTAINING SULPHUR IONS
【摘要】 应用电位-pH平衡图,并借助于电化学实验和表面分析方法,探讨Fe-Cr合金在含硫(H2S、HS-、S=)水溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,硫对Fe-Cr合金中的铁具有较大的选择性溶解作用,并且可嵌入该合金的钝化膜中,使合金的钝化性能遭到破坏。因此,在含硫介质中,不宜采用单纯含铬的不锈钢做为耐蚀材料。
【Abstract】 Potential-pH equilibrium diagrams, quasisteady potentidynamic techniqgue, ESCA and AES methods are used to analyze the corrosion behavior of Fe-Cr alloy in solutions containing sulphur ions (HS-, or H2S, S=, SO4= ) . Results show that, in the solution containing HS-, selective solvation of iron in Fe-Cr alloy can occur. The sulphur incorprates into the outer layer of the passive film and then decresses the protective ability of the film. It is unsuitable to use the ferrous alloy containing only chromium as a corrosion resistant element in the solution containing HS- ion.
