薄层板式超滤器在黄酒除菌中的工艺研究

【摘要】 用薄层板式超滤器进行了黄酒的最终净化和除菌工艺。经过近一年的间歇生产运转,结果表明,超滤酒能符合产品指标,半年不产生沉淀,无菌。与旧的介质过滤加热灭菌工艺相比,每吨酒可节约13.62元,3年左右可回收设备投资。

【Abstract】 The technology of ultimate purification and elimination of bacteria in rice wine used UF model of thin-layer plate type were studied, through batch production nearly one year, the results were showed the UF wine can accord with the produce requirement, it not produced precipitation in six months, and wass bacteria-free. So, its quality is distinct improvement. Compared with old technology of medium filtration plus remove bacteria used heating, the rice wine of per ton can save about 13.62 yuan, it can recover investment of equipments in around three years.
