【Abstract】 The technology of ultimate purification and elimination of bacteria in rice wine used UF model of thin-layer plate type were studied, through batch production nearly one year, the results were showed the UF wine can accord with the produce requirement, it not produced precipitation in six months, and wass bacteria-free. So, its quality is distinct improvement. Compared with old technology of medium filtration plus remove bacteria used heating, the rice wine of per ton can save about 13.62 yuan, it can recover investment of equipments in around three years.更多还原
