脊尾白虾的幼体发育

【摘要】 在实验室的条件下,对脊尾白虾幼体发育的全过程进行观察和研究。当水温保持在22℃,饵料充足的情况下,幼体自卵孵出后,有规律的每二天蜕皮一次。溞状幼体共蜕皮6次,分六个溞状幼体期,约经12天,即变态为仔虾。本文对各期幼体形态结构的变化作详细的描述,并有附图说明。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the larval development of Exopalaemon carinica-uda. This species distributes widely in the coastal provinces of China, and it is commer-cial importance in the locality. The prawn lives in the most part of estuaries and shallowsea. Under 22℃ it takes about 12 days for larvae to accomplish their metamorphosis topostlarval stage. The whole process of larval development may be divided, into six zoealstages. The fist zoeal stage: Rostrum is developed, the carapace is without spines. Theeyestalk is short and fused with carapace. Abdomen is 6 segmented, the 6th segment isfused with fanshaped telson. The second zoeal stage: The carapace has supra-orbital spines and pterygostomianspines. The eye stalk is long and movable. The 5th abdomenal segment of the postero-ventral angle has a large spine on each side. The 3rd and 4th pereiopods are biramousrudiment. The bud of the uropod may be seen. The third zoeal stage: The carapace has branchiostegal spines. The abdomen is 7 seg-mented, the 6th segment is separated with telson. The uropod is biramous. The fourth zoeal stage: The dorsal border of the rostrum the a tooth. The 3rd and4th pereiopods are segmented. The pleopods are biramous. The fifth zoeal stage: The dorsal tooth of the rostrum in the front bears a seta. The1st and 2nd pereiopods are distinctly chelae. The endopods of the 2nd to 5th pleopodsbear an appendix interna The sixth zoeal stage: The dorsal tooth of the rostrum in the front bears 2 setae.The distal end of the telson bears 4 pairs of spines. The postlarval stage: The dorsal border of the rostrum bears 5~6 teeth and 1~2teeth on the ventral. The carapace has antennal spines and branchiostegal spines.
