不同成份合金钢快速渗氮研究

【摘要】 “快速渗氮”工艺是针对渗氮专用钢38CrMoAlA进行的,但这种钢具有冶炼困难,加工与热处理工艺性能较差,价格昂贵,渗层脆性大等缺点,因此人们寻求在某些零件上用其它合金钢取代。文章作者研究了在同样的工艺条件下,不同合金钢对渗速、金相组织和性能的影响,分析了合金元素在“快速渗氮”中的作用,得出了一些结论,为将“快速渗氮”应用于其它钢种打下了基础。

【Abstract】 The fast nitriding successfully developed by us is aimed at special-purpose steel for nitriding 38CrMoAlA, however. Steel 38CrMoAlA being difficulty to smelt, poor in the properties of machining and heat treatment technology, expensive in price and great in the brittlencss of permeated Layer. Some factories have substituted other alloy steels for it in some spare parts. For this reason, we, under the same condition as fast nitriding technology, Studied how steel with different composition affects infiltrating speed, structure and properties, analysed the function of alloy elements in fast nitriding, and obtained some worthy conclusions. All of this lays a foundation of pppularizing fast nitriding in other steels.
