PS—P优质节能快速气体渗氮新工艺的研制

【摘要】 根据化学热力学和动力学、材料的界面科学、内扩散理论设计出的优质、高速、节能气体渗氮新工艺,经正交试验优选出几种工艺设计,用于实际生产仅20小时就突破了0.50mm的渗层,质量符合JB2849—80渗氮新标准。并且不仅用于38GMO AA氮化专用钢,也可推广应用于42CrMo等钢种。

【Abstract】 This paper develops a new gas nitriding technique being high quality, high-speed and economy of energy by chemicial thermodynamics and dynam-ics, boundary surface science of material, and inner diffusion theory. Pr-iorly selecting several technologies by perpendicular test, and using them in practice. The depth of nitriding compound layer is over 0.50mm in 20 hours, and the quality completely accords with the new nitriding standard JB 2844-80. They can be used not only in special-purpose steel for nitriding 38CrMoAlA, hut also in 42 CrMo, and so on
