PlXE应用于研究脑血管病人组织中的微量元素

【摘要】 本文报告了利用质子诱发X射线发射(简称PIXE)分析技术,研究了正常人和脑血管病人的脑中动脉,榷动脉,额叶和壳核组织中的微量无素,各组织中微量元素相对于各自的Zn的比值。分析了中动脉外膜、中膜中的微量元素。初步结果表明,各组织中微量元素含量是不同的,正常人和病人的结果也是不同的,脑血管疾病与脑组织的Ca,Cr,Mn含量变化有关。

【Abstract】 In this paper the authors reported the application of PIXE (proton induce X-ray emision) technique to Investigation of trace elsments in the Mesce-artery, Vertebea-artery, basialis-tubercle, frons-folim, tumica aewentita (TA) and tumica media (Tm) of messe-artery and hiar of mormal and diseased atheroclertic person.Test the ratior of trace elemental contents in each tissues to Zn. Compares resultes ofnormal with diseased tissues. Obrerved variance of its in various type tissues samples.It is interested in that the atheroclerotic relate to change in content of trace elements Ca Cr Mn in tissues and hiar, the Ca deposition takes place at TM whick is confirmed by our measurement. Mn/Zn ratios in messe-artery and frons-folium of normap is lower than ather-oclerotic. Cr/Zn in the messe-artery and basialis tubercle former is higher than after. Cl/Znin fasialis tubercle former is lower than after.In the paper we discussed problem in measurement relating to thick tissues target.
