在钯—纤维氧化铝上不可逆吸附乙炔的加氢
HYDROGENATION OF IRREVERSIBLY ADSORBED ACETYLENE OVER PALLADIUM SUPPORTED ON FIBROUS ALUMINA
【摘要】 本文提供了在钯-纤维氧化铝上不可逆吸附乙炔加氢的试验结果。采用程序升温脱附与反应及恒温积分反应器研究反应动力学。参数的求得是通过建立在离散型基础上的、在小值范围内改变拉氏变换中的p 值来实现的。不可逆吸附乙炔在催化剂上有两个吸附部位,其中较弱的部位在室温加氢中只生成乙烷,而较强的吸附部位则在室温下无加氢活性,但在升温脱附时发生聚合。
【Abstract】 Adsorption and hydrogénation of aectylene over palladium supportedon fibrous alumina were studied by TPD and TPSR techniques in an iso-thermal integral reactor.There are two kinds of irreversible adsorptionsites for acetylene.The kinetic data of hydrogenation were processed bymeans of a dispersion model and the rate parameters were evaluated byregression with small values of p in Laplace transforms.Acetylene onweaker adsorption sites gave only ethane on hydrogenation while the stron-ger sites showed no activity for hydrogenation under the same conditionsbut catalyzed polymerization of acetylene.
