硫化钼催化剂KSM-01的制备及其甲烷化活性初探

【摘要】 <正> 在合成氨工业中,甲烷化反应己得到广泛研究。在管道煤气化流程中,CO 甲烷化也是一个重要的中间反应步骤。由于各种品位的煤炭中普遍含有不同比例的硫,所以研制煤气化流程中抗硫甲烷化催化剂有一定价值。镍基甲烷化催化剂对硫极为敏感,易中毒失活,故寻找新体系的抗硫甲烷化催化剂在国内外都是一个较新的课题。本工作在实验室考察了自制的硫化钼催化剂的甲烷化性能,并对CO 在钼基催化剂及镍基催化剂上

【Abstract】 A sulfided molybdenum catalyst KSM-01 was obtained by heating(NH42MoS4 prepared in this laboratory This material is composed ofmicro-crystals and has larger specific area than commercial MoS2.Under pressure,KSM-01 has pretty good activity for CO methana-tion.The activity dependence on temperature,pressure and space velocitywas studied.Carbon monoxide methanation proceeds with different me-chanisms on sulfided molybdinum catalyst and nickelbased catalyst.Sur-face carbon mechanism might have prevailed on nickel catalyst,while asurface active complex mechanism is most probable on sulfided molyb-denum catalyst.
