燃烧过程中煤粉颗粒的变化情况的研究
CHANGES OF PULVERIZED COAL PARTICLES DURING COMBUSTION
【摘要】 采用扫描电镜、电子探针图象分析、热分析、以及岩相显微镜等测试手段,研究一系列不同燃烧阶段的煤固体颗粒试样的显微结构,了解颗粒中孔洞的位置、大小、以及形状对气固反应燃烧速率和燃尽程度的影响,以便为燃烧过程计算机数值模拟提供可靠的物理模型。准确采集在燃烧过程中各个不同燃烧阶段的真正有代表性的试样是极为重要的一步。不同的煤种的结构和性质有极大的差异,因而根据不同的煤种采用了两种不同的取样方法。
【Abstract】 Microstructures of coal particles sampled at different burning stageswere studied by means of SEM,electronic probe,image analyzer,thermo-analyzer and reflecting polarized light microscope etc.Coal particle microstructure data and their ways of variation duringcombustion are useful for correct modelling of coal combustors.Sampling and quenching of pulverized coal must be made directlyfrom pulverized coal flame or under similar conditions as those in aflame,where the pulverized coal particles are heated up at a high rate.In order to analyse the compositions of the particles and elementdistributions in the particles as well,SEM and electronic probe wereused to obtain microphotographs,depicting two and three dimensionalmorphology of sample particles and also elemental composition of theash.
