贵金属催化剂用于重整后加氢

【摘要】 研制了一种以铂为主的担载型重整后加氢催化剂。与目前工业上使用的Co-Mo-Al 型催化剂相比,上述铂催化剂具有使用温度低(135—165℃),空速高(14h-1)的特点。在145℃的低温下反应,加氢产品溴价为0.003,比工业产品规格(<0.07)低一个数量级。该催化剂选择性好,在较宽温度范围内基本没有芳烃加氢损失。连续运转3000小时活性未见下降,表示催化剂稳定性好。此外还考察了催化剂的再生性能和原料中氯含量对加氢反应的影响。

【Abstract】 A platinum catalyst for the hydrogenation of olefins in reformatehas been developed.This catalyst is featured by its excellent activity,good selectivity and a long life.At lower temperature this catalyst is able to tolerate high feedingload.For example,at 135℃,1.4 MPa and LHSV 14h-1 the bromine nu-mber of the hydrogenation product is only 0.01 g Br/100 g.This valueis much lower than the current technical specification(0.07—0.2).After 3000 hours operation at 150℃,LHSV 40h-1,no apparent dec-line of activity was observed and there was no significant hydrogenat-ion of aromatics.This catalyst can be reduced at lower temperature(150℃)and lowerpressure(0.35MPa).Hydrogenation of aromatics could be minimized bypresulfurization of the catalyst.No apparent decline of catalyst activity is observed after regenera-tion.Chlorine in the feed has no effect on the hydrogenation reaction.
