【Abstract】 The process and system to prepare transparent ZnSe polycrys-tals fit to fabricate monolithic infrared optical windows by the physical vapordeposition technique are reported.And some factors having effects on vapordeposition are discussed.Various physical properties of the ZnSe crystal sam-ples obtained by this technique have been determined.更多还原
