黄芪对正常及脾虚模型小鼠白细胞介素2(IL2)的影响

【摘要】 本文报道了黄芪对正常及大黄脾虚模型小鼠IL2产生的影响。实验结果表明,大黄脾虚模型小鼠IL2活性比正常小鼠明显降低;100%和200%黄芪水煎剂使大黄脾虚模型小鼠IL2活性明显提高,并恢复至正常水平;但对正常小鼠IL2的活性无影响。这一结果是与补益药“补其不足”的治则相吻合的,也是与黄芪的临床功效相一致的。因而提示增加IL2产生可能是黄芪“扶正”的重要机制之一;也是其调节免疫功能的分子免疫学基础之一。

【Abstract】 It is known that Interleukin (IL2) is an important lymphokine and recent research shows that immunologic function can be promoted by Astragalus Membranceus (AM). In order to further learn the relationship between AM and IL2, an investigation was made to study the effect of AM on IL2 production of normal mice and Rhubarb-induced spleenasthenia model mice. The results indicated that IL2 production in spleen-asthenia mice was lower than that of normal level whereas no influence was seen on that of normal ones. These results correspond with the TCM therapeutic principle of "invigorating the debility with tonic drugs", and correspond with the clinical effect of AM. It is therefore suggested by the author that increasing IL2 production may be one of the important mechanism for AM in invigorating the spleen and benefiting vital energy, and also one of the bases of molecular immunology for AM in immunoregulation.
