利用-15℃制冷系统提高-33℃制冷系统制冷率的方法
HOW TO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF A -33℃ REFRIGERATION SYSTEM BY UTILIZING A -15℃ SYSTEM
【摘要】 <正> 改进制冷系统,尽可能地利用能源,降低能耗是目前制冷界所普遍关心的问题。食品工业的发展迫切需要温度较低的环境来保存或贮藏食品,而要获得低温的贮藏环境必须消耗一定的能量作为代价。我们知道,在相同的冷凝温度下,单级蒸发温度为-15℃的制冷系统的效率要比双级蒸发温度为33℃的制冷系统高得多。而-33℃的制冷系统(相应的冷藏或冻结温度为23℃)对肉类、鱼类、禽蛋类等食品的贮藏或冻结尤为需要。因此,改进制冷系统,把-15℃制冷系统的产冷量转化为-33℃制冷系统的产冷量以提高系统的制冷系数,这对节能有重要意义。下文着重叙述制冷系统的改进方法。
【Abstract】 This paper describes in detail the theory involved in utilizing a -15℃ refrigeration system to increase the efficiency of a -33℃ refrigeration system. Theoretical calculations and analyses show that this aim can be achievd in either of two ways put forward in the paper,but Plan (b),with a 5.7% rise in frige coefficient,appears to have produced more conspicuous results.This plan has the further advantage of requiring relatively simple refitting in the systems.Therefore,Plan (b) is considered to be a more efficient energy-saving device to be used in a cold storage.
