【Abstract】 The fresh fruit juice of P. emblica has a blocking effect on morpholine nitrosation in artificial human gastric fluid. An experiment showed that the blocking rate reached 90.17％ when the mixed fluid of pH3.3 was kept at 37℃ for one hour, while that of the ascorbic acid solution at the same concentration was only 23.90％. Therefore it is considered that the fruit juice of P. emblica has pronounced efficacy of cancer prevention.更多还原
