大弹涂鱼的早期发育研究
OBSERVATIONS ON THE EARLY DEVELOPMENT OF THE MUD SKIPPER, BOLEOPHTHALMUS PECTINIROSTRIS (LINNAEUS)
【摘要】 本文研究了人工授精获得的大弹涂鱼胚胎和胚后发育过程,对早期发育各阶段的形态特征作了较详细的描述。大弹涂鱼的卵为沉性粘着性卵,受精卵椭圆形,具粘着丝,在水温26.5—29℃,盐度25—27条件下,经87 h 35min开始陆续孵出仔鱼。在水温25—29.5℃,盐度10—15条件下,孵化后第二十三天发育为稚鱼,第三十七天发育为幼鱼。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the morphological characteristics during early deve-lopment of the mud skipper, Boleophthalmus pectinirostris. Observations have been carried out from May to October, 1986. The brood fish were collected from the intertidal zone along the coast of Zhangpu,Fujian Province and fertilized eggs were obtained through artificial fertilization. The mature egg is spherical in shape, 0.51-0.63mm in diameter, adherent and demersal with a clump of adhesive filaments on one end of the egg membrane. The fertilized egg is elliptical in shape, measuring0.92-1.26mm in length and 0.54-0.63mm in width. 87 hours and 35 minutes after insemination, the larva began hatching at water temperature of 26.5-29℃ and salinity of 25-27‰.Early development can be divided into the embryonic period (including 30 stages) and post-embryonic period (including the stages of prelarva, post-larva and-juvenile) . The newly hatched larva measured 2.36-2.63mm in total length, with 24 pairs of myotomes and a yolk sac of 0.32-0.35mm in diameter.The yolk sac was absorbed and the larva started to eat by the 5th day after hatching. 23 days after hatching,the larva reached the juvenile stage,measuring 9.5-11mm in total length, and after 37 days, it developed to the young stages, measuring 18.5mm in total length at water temperature of 25-295℃ and salinity of 10-15.
