【摘要】 作者们考察了CODEN代码系统和中国环境文献库编码系统的取码方法,分析了中文期刊刊名的特点,在此基础上建立了一个计算机辅助中文期刊刊名代码生成系统。该系统能对用户输入的刊名,自动进行十种编码,并给出有关性能评价的统计数据,让用户据此比较各种编码方法的优劣,从中选出一种最佳方法,以后即可由计算机按此方法自动生成刊名代码。本系统对图书馆学、情报学、档案学的212种期刊进行了实际操作,取得了满意的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper investigates the code system CODEN and the method of deriving codes for the system coding China’s environment science databases and then analyses the features of the titles of Chinese periodicals, and on such a basis builds up a computer-aided title code generation system for periodicals in Chinese. The system is capable of doing ten kinds of automatic coding of periodical titles users input into it, and then outputs statistical data relevant to performance appraisal so as to let users compare the merits and demerits for various methods of coding based on the aforesaid statistical data and select an optimal method from them, and, finally, the automatic generation of periodical names will be carried out by the computer. Actual operation has been done on the system for 212 kinds of periodicals in library science, informatics and archives science, and satisfactory results have been obtained.更多还原
