离心泵叶轮的载荷分布和性能关系的研究
THE RELATION BETWEEN LOADING DISTRIBUTION AND CHARACTERISTICS IN IMPELLER OF CENTRIFUGAL PUMP
【摘要】 本文用载荷法设计了两种不同载荷分布的叶轮,测试了泵的外特性曲线和叶轮效率曲线,并计算了叶轮的速度分布。本文讨论了载荷分布与叶轮性能的关系,初步得出了最佳载荷分布的规律,为载荷法设计叶轮提供了一定的依据。本研究是在3B-33型离心泵上进行的。
【Abstract】 Two impellers are designed with different load distribution in 3B-33 type centrifugal pump. The characteristics of the pump with different impellers and the efficiency of impellers are tested, and the velocity distribution of impellers are calculated. The load and velocity distribution of the two impellers are compared with that of the original impeller.
