【Abstract】 The ultrastructure change of strawberry after storage or transport simulation vib- ration was studied under electronic microscopy technology.The experimental results show that the damage developments in organelles are different with changing the acceleration,frequency and time of vibration,and changing concentration of CO₂ and O₂.Both types and positions of damage on strawberry are dissimilar.更多还原
