布氏田鼠的G带染色体研究

【摘要】 本文研究了布氏田鼠(Microtus hrandti Radde)的 G 带染色体。根据 G 带带型特点绘制了 G 带染色体模式图。分析了染色体的 G 带带型。结果表明每一对同源染色体都有自己的 G 带带型,所以容易区分和能准确的配时。X 染色体是亚中部着丝点染色体,它比亚中着丝点第8号染色体稍短而比第13号染色体长。Y 染色体是17对染色体中最小的端部着丝点染色体。

【Abstract】 The G-banded chromosomes of microtus brandti Radde have been studied。According to the chracteristics of banding patterns,idiogra- ms of G-banded karyotype were depicted. The G-banding patterns of chromosomes were analyzed。The results showed that each homologous pair had its own G-banding pattern。Each pair of homologous was paired exactly and easy to distinguish in the karyotype。The x chromosomes are shorter than No.8 and longer than No.13 chronosomes。They are submetacentric chromosomes。The y chromosome is the shortest one among all chromosomes.
