人类精液免疫抑制因子的初步研究
PRELIMINALY INVESTIGATION ON IMMUNOSUPPRESSIVE FACTOR IN HUMAN SEMINAL PLASMA
【摘要】 近年生殖免疫学研究发现,正常精液及精子含有免疫抑制因子,它可能与精子和受精卵免遭女性免疫系统的排斥有关。因此研究精液免疫抑制因子的性质、作用及其机理不仅具有理论意义,而且也有实践价值。本文报道:(1)盐析、凝胶过滤、淀粉胶电泳等分离精液免疫抑制因子;(2)SDS-PAGE鉴定其纯度;(3)此因子在体外能明显抑制人外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)的NK活性。简要讨论了上述结果的意义。
【Abstract】 Recently, the studies in reproductive immunology have been demonstrated that the human seminal plasma and human sperm contains the immunosuppressive factor (IF). It is probably that the sperm and the fertilized egg will not rejected by immune system of female. Therefore, to investigate the nature, function, and mechanisms of the seminal IF has significantly important not only theoretically but practically. This paper reported that 1. To isolate and purify the seminal IF by salting out, gel-filtration, starch plate electrophoresis etc procedures; 2. To identify the purity of seminal IP by SDS-PAGE; 3. The seminal IF had prominent immunosuppressive effect to the NK activity of normal human PBL. The significance of above results was briefly discussed.
