服棉酚大鼠睾丸和附睾酸性磷酸酶和非特异性脂酶的观察

【摘要】 睾丸间质中有许多巨噬细胞,呈酸性磷酸酶和非特异性脂酶阳性反应。服棉酚后来见它们进入曲细精管;其数量及酶反应亦未见明显变化。但附睾管腔中精子明显减少,管腔内出现多量酸性磷酸酶和非特异性脂酶强阳性的巨噬细胞,同时,附睾上皮酸性磷酸酶和非特异性脂酶活性均减弱。初步表明,棉酚对附睾确有明显影响。

【Abstract】 There were many macrophages (Mφ) with ACP and NE positive reaction in interstitial tissue of the testis. These cells enclosed seminiferous tubules, forming an almost continuous cell sheet. After gossypol treatment, they did not show obvious change as comparing with the controls, and they were not seen in the lumen of seminiferous tubules, too. However, after gossypol administration, the activities of ACP and NE in the epididymal epithelia were lower, the number of spermatozoa situated in the lumen was markedly diminished, and at the Same time, many Mφ were seen in the lumen of epididymis. This experiment shows that gossypol do have an obvious effect on epididymis.
