【Abstract】 Gossypol-polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) coprecipitate and water-soluble gossypolwere made.The spermicidal activity of the gossypol-PVP and water-soluble gossypolwere evaluated by modified Sander-Cramer.methods.It has been shown that water-toluble gossypol had a potent spermicidal effect against human spermatozoa in vitro.Atshe same time,spermicidal principles of the gossypol were approached by histo-chemical and ultrastructural techniques.更多还原
