【Abstract】 This paper deals with summarisation of two investigations by using Delphi method on the subject of the national program for ICE product development and engine family spectrum in the period of the 8th and 9th five-year plan. 15 items concerning major problems about the engine family spectrum and part of the product development program are embodied in this paper. Comprehensive comments and thinking from experts and units concerned in field of ICE are reflected concentratively and expected to offer the administration and enterprises a worthy reference for their planning and making strategic decision.更多还原
