【摘要】 从某国购进的集装箱起重机在不到一年的时间里,作为动力的柴油机严重损坏。外商认定设备损坏原因是我国人员使用问题,强调他们的设备质量是好的。经过全面试验与分析表明原设备的设计及制造质量都存在问题,最后通过谈判和索赔,挽回了经济损失,提高了我方技术信誉。本文着重介绍了柴油机损坏的特征及原因,并提出了改进措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Imported from abroad turbocharged diesel engine for containerized traffic crane were gravely damaged after operation under cold weather in 3000-5000, hours. Viewpoint of the foreign part confirmed that damage of these power facilities was caused by operators and appreciated that their product quality is good without a doubt.Overall tests and analyses have fully proved that wether in respect of design quality or of manufacturing quality were in fault.Finally through negotiation with foreign part we have brought forward survey report based on sufficient evidenee and put forward to foreign part our claim for their fault commodity, therefore we have retrieved economical loss and enhance our prestige.In this paper the damage feature and causes have been presented and the available remodies have been proposed.更多还原
