【摘要】 本文研究了用PMBP/苯—异戊醇萃取分离奶粉中常见元素、富集稀土元素、用三溴偶氮胂光度法测定稀土总量的各种试验条件,用拟定的方法测定奶粉中微量稀土元素含量,通过回收法试验所得结果证明方法准确度高,可以用于生产过程中产品质量检验。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the colour reaction of Tribromoarsenazo [2-(2-arsonophenylazo)-7-(2.4.6-tribromo)-1.8-dihydroxy-3.6-naphthalenedisulfonic acid] with rare earth has been studied. Colour reaction of Tribromo-Arsenazo with rare earths was found to have high sensitivity and good selectivity, the complex’s maximum absorption is at 630nm, Beer’s Law is obeyed for 0—3μg RE_XO_Y/25ml (5cm cell). If combined with extraction of PMBP. It can be used to determine the trace rare earths in milk powder. This method was simple rapid and exact.
