近端着丝粒染色体随体联合之观察

【摘要】 通过对汉、维吾尔和哈萨克三民族共60例正常大学生及16例21三体患者的12480个外周血有丝分裂中期细胞AC-SAs的观察分析,说明维吾尔和哈萨克族的SAc、SAt及CNSA值均明显的高于汉族,差异有显著性。同时认为无论在正常人或21三体患者的D、G组染色体参与随体联合是随机的。21三体患者额外的21号染色体参加了随体联合。21三体患者多易发生,可能与该染色体所帶较多的rRNA基因相关。

【Abstract】 12 480 metaphase mitotic cells of peripheral blood of AC-SAs taken from 60 normal college students from the Finn, Uygur and Kazak nationalities and 16 cases of 21-triosome were kept under observation. The result shows that the SAc/SAt/CNSA of the two minorities is obviously higher than that of the Hans(P<0.05 or 0.01). we think that the chromosome of D. G. joins AC-SAs at random. No.21 chromosome of the 21-triosome joins AC-SAs. The fact shows that the 21-triosome is more common. Perhaps, it is resulted from the No.21 chromosome which has more rRNA gene than that of other acrocentric chromosome.
