【摘要】 初步分析了原发性脑瘤病人脑脊液(CSF)蛋白质二维电泳多肽图谱。结果:病人CSF显示多肽斑点159个,比对照多25个;对照有61个斑点,病人未查见;病人出现93个对照所未查见的特有斑点;此外,病人还查见4个变异斑点。病人CSF的酸性蛋白明显减少,中、碱性蛋白增加,其主要分布在约25和54KD范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Proteins of CSF from patients with primary brain tumors were preliminarily analysed bytwo-dimensional gel electrophoresis. The results show that there exist 159 polypeptide spots inthe patient, 93 of which are specific; in the control, 61 of 134 spots are specific. Compared withthe control, acidic proteins of the patient are basicalless, and neutral and alkaline proteins more,with molecular weights about 25 and 54 kDa respectively.
