多巴酚丁胺对充血性心衰病人血循环细胞α2、β受体功能的影响
EFFECT OF DOBUTAMINE ON THE FUNCTION OF ALPHA-2-ADRENOCEPTOR AND BETA-ADRENOCEPTOR IN CIRCULATING BLOOD CELLS IN PATIENTS WITH CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE
【摘要】 连续静滴多巴酚丁胺3d,显著降低淋巴细胞在异丙肾上腺素刺激下的 cAMP产生能力;不论预先是否用α2受体拮抗剂 rauwolscine 阻断血小板α2受体,肾上腺素诱导的血小板聚集均无显著变化。停用多巴酚丁胺后,淋巴细胞β受体反应性逐渐恢复,药后二周基本达到药前水平。结果提示,即使短暂使用多巴酚丁胶也可使心肌细胞β受体失敏感和(或)向下调节。
【Abstract】 A three-day’s dobutamine infusion significantly decreased isoprenaline-evoked fold increase in lymphocyte,while the platelet aggregation induced by epinephrine both with and without the presence of rauwolseine,an alpha-2-antagonist,remained unchanged.After withdrwal of dobutamin,the response of beta-adrenoceptor on ly- mphocyte gradually recovered,reaching predrug level within two weeks.These results suggest that even short-term administration of dobutamine could lead to desensitization and/or down-regulation of cardiac beta-adrenergic receptors.
