【摘要】 <正> 一、概述抛光为一复杂的物理化学过程,在相同的工艺条件下,光学元件的抛光质量主要取决于抛光粉的物化性能。而抛光粉的物化性能与其化学组成、研制方法等因素有关。由于测试抛光粉的物化性质的手段尚不够完善,国内迄今还没有一个衡量抛光粉质量的统一标准或技术指标。元件抛光的合格率波动大,这给抛光工艺带来一定的盲目性。

【Abstract】 Optimal experimental conditions for preparation of rare earth polishing-powder from oxalate as well as the influences of tile various experimental factors on the physico-chemical (including particle size, degree of homogeneity of the powder, its chemical activity and polishing power ) of the product were investigated.The experimental conditions employed in the prepartion were chosen by means of orthogonal design. The concentrations of the reactants and the sequence of mixing the various reactants were the major fators determining the particle-size and the degree of homogeneity of the powder.Besides, the influences of roasting temperature on the polishing power and chemical activity of the preparation were surveyed.
