【摘要】 本文介绍了一种专一测定真核生物钙调素（Calmodulim CaM）的酶联免疫测试药盒。本法特异性强,所用的抗体对结构上或功能上与CaM相似的物质,没有交叉反应。灵敏度为:测定极限为0.585×10¹²mol,测定范围迭149.7×10^-12mol。批内和批间误差均小于15.0％,平均为9.40％。重复性好,试剂稳定,贮于4℃可保存6个月以上,本药盒可用于测定生物体液中的CaM含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 A solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） kit for quantitative analysis of Calmodulin （CAM）in all eukaryotes was reported. Compounds structurally related to CaM, such as Troponin C and Myosin light chain, ect. did not interfere with the assay. Absorbance was linear at the concetration between 0.585×10^-12 mol and 149.7×10^-12 mol CaM. The average coefficient of variaton was 9.4% and those of inter-assay were less than 15.0%, which indicated the assay with good reproductivity.更多还原
