【摘要】 本文详细介绍了我们研制的孕酮酶免疫测定试剂盒所含内容、使用方法、操作程序、质量控制及其在家畜繁殖上的应用情况。试剂盒不仅操作简便,快速(从加样到出结果只需2小时左右),灵敏度高(1.6pg/孔),特异性强,稳定性好,而且无毒,对仪器设备的要求不高,适于在科研、临床诊断和畜牧生产中推广应用。已用该试剂盒检测了黄牛、水牛、奶牛、绵羊、警犬和家兔等动物在生理和病理情况下血液或全乳中的孕酮含量,结果可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 A kind of progesterone micro-titer plate enzyme immunoassay kit was described in detail, including its reagent components, operation procedures, quality control and application to animal reproduction. With the nonpoisonous kit, the simple operation, rapid reaction, high sensitivity, strong specificity, good stability and easily available equipment and instrument make it suitable for popularization in scientific research, clinical diagnosis and production practice. At present, blood serum (or milk) progesterone concentrations were detected by means of the kit in dairy cows, female yellow cattle, water buffalo cows, military dogs, sheep and rabbits in physiological and/or pathological conditions.更多还原
