电针、吗啡和Tb3+对小鼠不同脑区亚微结构Ca2+分布的影响

【摘要】 用透射电镜及电子探针x-射线显微分析法研究了电针、吗啡和Tb3+镇痛期间,小鼠不同脑区亚微结构Ca2+分布的改变。实验结果表明,电针、吗啡和Tb3+都使小鼠导水管周围灰质和下丘脑的髓鞘、线粒体出现大量沉淀颗粒。在电针、吗啡和Tb3+处理前预注钌红对在髓鞘上的沉淀颗粒没有明显影响,但使线粒体内沉淀颗粒显著减少。电子探针x-射线显微分析证明,这些沉淀颗粒的主要成份是钙。结果提示,从Ca2+分布的改变看,电针,吗啡和Tb3+的镇痛作用十分相似,三者的镇痛效应可能是通过神经细胞膜内、外Ca2+的移动来调控的。

【Abstract】 By the use of the transmission electron microscopy and electron probe X—ray microanalysis, the change of ultrastructural distribution of calcium ions in the discrete brain regions of mice during the electroacupuncture—, morphine—and Tb3+—induced analgesia was studied. The results showed that a large amount of dense precipitate occurred at the medullary sheath and mit oehondria in the, periaqueductal grey and hypothalamus after the application of electroaeupuncture or injection of morphine and Tb3+, Injection of ruthenium red before the use of electroacupueture, morphine and Tb3+ did not affect the change of the distribution of dense precipitate at medullary sheath, but reduced the dense precipitate at mitochondria. The electron probe X—ray microanalysis indicated that the precipitate is mainly calcium. These results suggested that the analgesic effects produced by electroacupuncture, morphine and Tb3+ were very similar in the change of the distribution of calcium for all of these effects were probably mediated by the Ca2+ movement across neuron membranes.
