【Abstract】 This paper introduces a method of forming the complexes by reactingRare-earth yttrium（Ⅲ） with o-phthaloylhydroxamic acid （O-PhHA）,oxalohydroxamic acid （OxHA） and Adlpylhydroxamic acid （AdHA）inslightly acid medium respectively. The three new complexes have been stu-died by means of infrared spectra and thermal analysis.
