人胚胎胸腺细胞对PHA的反应性

【摘要】 本文研究人胚胎胸腺细胞对PHA的反应性,水囊引产获得21—32周妊娠的的胚胎,制备胸腺和骨髓细胞悬液并进行体外培养,以PHA作为有丝分裂原。结果表明胸腺细胞本身对PHA或同种异型非T细胞均无明显反应能力。当培养中有自身骨髓细胞或同种异型非T细胞存在时,PHA就能诱导胸腺细胞发生显著的增殖。这说明胚胎胸腺细胞只有在PHA和非T细胞两者提供的双重信号作用下才能被激活发生增殖。

【Abstract】 The responsibility of human fetal thymocytes was studied. The humanem-bryos were obtained by interruption of normal gestation. The suspension of the thymocytes was prepared and cultured oa 96-U-shaped culture plate. Phytohemag-glutitia (PHA) was act as mitogen and autologous bone marrow cells or alloge-nic non-T cells as accessary cells. The results showed that the thymocytes had no responsibility to PHA or allogenic non-T cells alone. But in the presence of autologous bone marrow cells or allogenic non-T cells,PHA could induce the thymocytes to proliferate strongly. It was demonstrated that the human embryo thymocytes were activated and proliferated in the presense of two signals from PHA and non-T cells.
