不同品系小鼠胸腺细胞对LPS和IL-1的反应性研究

【摘要】 本文介绍白细胞介素Ⅰ生物活性测定而选择适宜的小鼠品系,比较了四种不同品系小鼠胸腺细胞对LPS和IL-1的反应性,结果发现C57BL小鼠的胸腺细胞对LPS反应最低,而对比-1反应最高,并发现鼠龄、ConA用量也是该生物测定法的重要条件。文章中讨论了这些因素的最佳选择。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this work is to select an appropriate strain of mice for the bioassay of measuring interleukin 1(IL-l) activity. In literatures Thymocytes obtained from 4 strains of mice (C57BL, BALB/c, LACA, C3H/Hej) were usually used for this bioassay. Morever, CSH/mice were reported to be used more frequently because its thymocytes were not sensitive to lipopolysaccharide(LPS), and had very high reaction lo IL-1. In the study the thymocytic reactivities to LPS and IL-1 in above 4 strains of mise were compared. C3II/Hej mice were from three different sources. The results showed that C57BL mouse was the best choice because the thymocyles had the lowest reaction to LPS but the highest to IL-1. It was also found that the age of a mouse and the concentration of ConA were also very important factors for this bioassay. The best choices of these factors were discussed
