两不相溶电解液界面—最简单的模型生物膜上的电化学基础
Electrochemical Fundmentals of the Simplest Model of Biological Membrane —the Interface of Two Immiscible Electrolyte Solutions
【摘要】 本文简单介绍了在最简单的模型生物膜—两不相溶电解液界面(ITIES)上进行电化学研究的理论基础。重点讨论了(ITIES)与金属电极/电解质在液界面的类似性,从而奠定了在ITIES上应用现代电化学方法的基础。同时例举了一些ITIES模拟研究生物膜上简单电化学过程的例子,说明了ITIES在研究生物膜电化学热力学和动力学中的作用。
【Abstract】 The fundamentals electrochemical study at the interface of two immiscible elecctrolyte solutions (ITIES) as the simplest model of biological membrane have been described. The basis of the application of electrochemical methods at the interface and the analogy between ITIES and electrode/solution interface,have been discussed. A few examples of ITIES studies are illustrate to explain. The thermodynamic and kinetic consideration of pure electrochemical process in biological membranes.
