核径迹微孔滤膜的研制

【摘要】 研制了一种新型的微孔滤膜聚碳酸酯核径迹微孔滤膜,并对其特性:孔形、孔径及孔径分布、孔的重叠性、流速、化学稳定性、热稳定性、膜的放射性、抗拉强度等进行了测试,所得结果符合要求,已将它应用于超纯试剂净化,红细胞变形性研究等领域。

【Abstract】 A new type of microporous membrane called polycarbonate nuclear track microfilter has been studied. The pore structure,the pore size and its distribution,the pore overlap,the flow rate,the chemical resistance, the heat resistance,the filter activity,the tensile strength of the microfilters have been measured. The satisfactory results were obtained. The microfilters have been applied in scientific research and technology fields such as the clarification of ultra pure chemical reagent and the study of deformability of red blood cells.
