【摘要】 本文描述了一种CMOS/SOS集成电路输入保护电路的设计方法。根据保护电路原理,计算了不同保护电路的保护能力,并用实验加以证实。

【Abstract】 A design scheme for an input prolection circuit of CMOS/SOS IC is described in this paper. Based on the principle of protection circuits, the protecting capabilities of different protection circuits have been calculated and demonstrated with experiments.
